Weight loss-My Battle with the bulge

I have been fighting the battle of the bulge and trying to lose weight for quite some time.  For some time,  did follow some sure shot ways to lose fat, and I did see some results.  I also tried numerous diet pills and weight loss diet.   However, being the lazy person that I am, I put on weight immediately thereafter.  I even contemplated Bariatric surgery but realized that it was too drastic for me, since I was not that obese.

My cousin, who was having the same problem then told me about Proactol, which is a clinically proven fat binder and is made from a natural and organic plant extract.   This had really helped him in slimming. Additionally,  Proactol also reduces cholesterol levels.  This diet pill seems to be working for me now, and I am mighty pleased! I am already fitting into some of my favorite jeans!

The benefits of Yoga

Yoga in Sanskrit means “to unite”, and has its origin in India, the spiritual land. Practiced by sages in ancient India, its usefulness and fame spread throughout the world, and is know recognized as a way to promote both physical and mental health. It can be considered as a scientific physiological training (kriya yoga).

The practice of Yoga basically consists of specific breathing exercises and postures called ‘asanas’. There are numerous ‘asanas’ intended to promote strength, flexibility and aid in relaxation.

The benefits of yoga is indeed tremendous. It aims to promote complete health, and studies have shown that it is useful even in curing chronic disorders.
